On Sunday, March 30, former Stamford High School standout Citlaly Gutierrez’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

The game took place at Nusz Park. This was their sixth matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 8 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against Tennessee Lady Volunteers.
