For the 2022-23 school year, tuition at Abilene Christian University rose by 2.9%, as detailed in the latest disclosure, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Students enrolled at the four-year private nonprofit institution paid $40,500 this year, which is $1,150 higher than the $39,350 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.

Approximately 81% of the undergraduate student body at the school are Texas residents, while 16% come from other states and 3% are international students.

Data indicates that every full-time undergraduate who began studies at Abilene Christian University in 2022-23 received some form of student financial aid. A total of 890 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $24.8 million, and 441 students borrowed over $4.9 million in student loans.

Across the entire undergraduate population, 3,101 students received grants or scholarships totaling $81.7 million. Additionally, 1,356 students took out federal student loans totaling $13.2 million.
