Former Hawley High School standout Creed Ernst played on Friday, May 23 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 23, former Hawley High School standout Creed Ernst’s current collegiate team the McMurry War Hawks lost 4-5 against the Trinity Tigers in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Trinity Baseball Field at 7 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Trinity Tigers in the tournament.

The McMurry War Hawks’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 4 p.m. at Trinity Baseball Field.
