Former Hawley High School standout Creed Ernst played on Sunday, May 18 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Sunday, May 18, former Hawley High School standout Creed Ernst’s current collegiate team the McMurry War Hawks lost 12-3 against the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Ben Hines Field at 11 a.m. and was the second matchup against the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens in the tournament.

The McMurry War Hawks’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 7 p.m. at Trinity Baseball Field.
