On Friday, April 25, former Wylie High School standout Averie Gunther’s current college team, the Angelo State Rams, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Midwestern State Mustangs.
The game took place at Mayer Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Mustangs this season.
The Rams’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 1 p.m. at Mayer Softball Field against West Texas A&M Buffaloes.
