City of Abilene issued the following announcement on May 8
As of May 1, 2020, the City of Abilene is following Governor Greg Abbott’s guidelines for the re-opening of businesses following the COVID-19 closures.
We are currently in Phase 1 of the Governor’s Re-Open Texas plan, with some openings allowed May 8th before the beginning of Phase 2 openings on May 18th.
