Census Bureau: More men than women in Abilene in 2019

Of the 124,156 people living in Abilene in 2019, 48.7 percent (60,459) were women and 51.3 percent (63,697) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Abilene Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 42,646-to-36,574. In the 65 and over age range, there were 9,448 females and 6,770 males.
