Hardin–Simmons Cowgirls release roster of 17 players to open the season.

They look to set the tone as they open the year at home against the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs on Nov. 7 at Mabee Complex.

The Cowgirls want to improve upon their record of 18-5 last season.
